LUGGAGA STORAGE:
Luggage Storage are not available for the time being. Your will have to bring along all of your luggage out of the Airport. If you have only some hours of transit, one good idea is to hire a car as a place to store your luggage and a mean of transportation for your city tour . Ask for this tour at the Visitors Information and Services Centre. A city tour at this Centre may included check-in services upon your request. Your tickets and send-along luggages will have been already checked-in when you come back to the airport for your flight, all you have to do then is go through Custom, Emmigration procedures and board.
FOREIGN EXCHANGE:
Bringing the Vietnam Dongs in or out the country is illegal in Vietnam. It's wise to exchange just enough for your spending and spend all of your VN dongs before leaving the country. At the time being, there is only one Foreign Exchange counter in Tan Son Nhat Airport at the exit of International Arrival Terminal, it is placed behind the glass door, on the left after you have cleared Customs procedures.
MEDICAL SERVICES:
In emergency cases, you can use this service after clearing Custom procedures. Just look for the Red Cross sign on the rights, near the circle fountain. You may also ask Visitors Information & Services Centre for a more detailed guide.
TELEPHONE:
There are two Telephone Counters with operators for your call. The one in International Arrival Terminal is located on your right when you leave the escalator or board-off bridges. Make your phone calls before you go through Custom Clearance. The Telephone Counter in International Departure Terminal is placed in the Waiting lounge. Calls at these counters are operator-aid, tell the lady there the telephone number you want to call. You may also make your phone calls at the Tan Son Nhat Airport, to the right of the exit, go completely out of the "Meeting point" Area and look to the right. You can also purchase stamps, post cards, envelops and send fax at this post office.
POST OFFICE:
A post office is outside the arrivals terminal.
